Conclusion

From the friendly robots:

Based on the benchmark results, the DigitalOcean Premium Intel (2 GB) instance wins overall. This conclusion is primarily supported by the Redis benchmark results where it achieves a higher requests per second (rps) and lower average latency for operations such as GET (72568.94 rps vs 66401.06 rps) and INCR (69396.25 rps vs 70077.09 rps). Furthermore, the MySQL bulk insert benchmark shows a higher transactions per second (tps) for the Intel instance (138918.97 tps) compared to the AMD counterpart (134434.64 tps). For users looking for superior CPU and memory performance, the Premium Intel instance would be more suitable.
