Conclusion
From the friendly robots:
The UpCloud Balanced (1 GB) instance demonstrates superior performance in most benchmarks, especially with high RPS rates for Redis commands like LPUSH and ZADD reaching up to 61,312 and 61,050 requests per second respectively, alongside significantly lower latencies. This instance excels in CPU-heavy tasks, as evidenced by its strong throughput and low latency in CPU event benchmarks. On the other hand, the Vultr High Frequency Intel (2 GB) instance, while providing more RAM, lags in critical benchmarks such as Redis LRANGE operations and MySQL bulk insert tasks. Therefore, the UpCloud instance is better suited for CPU-intensive applications requiring high throughput and low latency.
