Conclusion

From the friendly robots:

The UpCloud Balanced instance, with benchmark results showing significantly higher performance in Redis operations, like RPUSH at 56,689.34 RPS compared to Vultr's 31,123.56 RPS, and lower latencies, is the overall winner for scenarios requiring high throughput and low latency, such as real-time data processing or high-frequency trading platforms. For budget-conscious users needing moderate performance with better price-to-performance ratio, the Vultr Cloud Compute instance is still a solid choice, though it lags behind in CPU-intensive tasks and high IOPS workloads.
