Conclusion

From the friendly robots:

The High Performance Intel (2 GB) from Vultr edges out the High Performance AMD (1 GB) in most benchmarks, especially in Redis SET operations with 44782.8 requests per second vs. 47281.32. While both instances perform admirably, the Intel variant demonstrates superior CPU and memory throughput, making it better suited for CPU-intensive or memory-heavy workloads. For users prioritizing maximum throughput and low latency in compute-heavy tasks, the Intel-based instance is the preferable choice.
