Conclusion
From the friendly robots:
The UpCloud Balanced (1 GB) instance wins overall due to its superior performance in Redis benchmarks, particularly with operations like LPUSH (58,789 vs 48,450 requests per second) and LRANGE_500 (16,855 vs 18,073 rps), which are critical for high-throughput applications. While Vultr's High Performance AMD (2 GB) offers better MySQL bulk insert throughput (238,319 vs 0 tps), UpCloud's lower latency and higher request rates make it more suitable for CPU-intensive, memory-bound, and I/O-heavy use cases.
