Conclusion
From the friendly robots:
The UpCloud Balanced instance wins overall with superior performance metrics, especially in memory operations and Redis benchmarks where it achieved up to 51,786.64 RPS in SET operations compared to Vultr's 52,083.34 RPS in the same benchmark. If your use case prioritizes memory throughput and low-latency Redis operations, this instance would be more suitable, although Vultr performs well in memory operations and MySQL bulk inserts with 73.06 MiB/s read throughput and 177,195 TPS for bulk inserts respectively.
