Conclusion

The DigitalOcean Premium AMD instance outperforms the Vultr High Performance AMD in both Redis throughput (DigitalOcean: 71225 RPS vs Vultr: 47416 RPS) and MySQL bulk insert operations (DigitalOcean: 134435 TPS vs Vultr: 227625 TPS), making it the overall winner. DigitalOcean provides more headroom in CPU and memory performance, which is ideal for CPU-heavy applications requiring consistent high throughput and lower latency.
