Conclusion
From the friendly robots:
The Vultr Cloud Compute (2 GB) instance decisively outperforms the Vultr High Performance AMD (1 GB) in the benchmarks. The Cloud Compute instance registers higher Redis request rates per second (rps) like 50838.84 for PING_INLINE compared to the AMD instance's 47415.84, and better file I/O performance with higher throughput. For CPU-intensive tasks and general usage, this instance offers more robust performance with higher event rates per second, making it ideal for CPU-heavy applications and users prioritizing performance over cost.
