Conclusion
From the friendly robots:
The High Frequency Intel (2 GB) instance from Vultr outperforms the High Performance AMD (1 GB) instance, particularly in Redis benchmarks and MySQL bulk inserts, with significantly higher requests per second (e.g., Redis GET rps: 54914.88 vs 46728.97 and MySQL bulk_insert tps: 199596.07 vs 227624.73). It's best for CPU-intensive or memory-bound applications where sustained performance and low latency are critical, whereas the AMD instance, despite having comparable benchmarks, favors budget-conscious scenarios due to its lower pricing.
