Conclusion
From the friendly robots:
The Vultr High Frequency Intel (2 GB) instance outperforms the Linode (2 GB) in overall benchmark results, notably in Redis benchmarks with higher requests per second and lower latencies. For instance, the Redis SET command achieves 54,288.82 requests per second on Vultr versus 22,988.51 on Linode. The Vultr instance also excels in MySQL bulk inserts, reaching 199,596.07 transactions per second compared to Linode's 61,293.28. Therefore, Vultr is better suited for CPU-intensive and memory-bound tasks requiring high throughput and low latency.
